International Trade & Transaction Banking (ITB) supports corporate and financial institution clients, including the Crédit Agricole Group, with their international trade and transaction banking needs.
You will join the ITB Filières & Customer Experience Office, which leads the implementation and transformation of business streams within ITB’s flow businesses and works to improve customer experience in collaboration with other banking partners.
As part of the transformation of its business streams, ITB is looking for a Business Transformation Analyst Intern for Trade Finance (TF) and Receivables & Supply Chain Finance (RSF). The intern will structure and monitor initiatives, strengthen governance and contribute to improving customer experience for Trade Finance and Receivables & Supply Chain Finance products.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the Trade Finance and RSF initiative portfolio.
- Collect the information required to keep the initiative portfolio up to date.
- Coordinate contributors where necessary to ensure portfolio monitoring and updates.
- Provide an overall, up-to-date view of the initiative portfolio.
- Improve project and programme management tools.
- Produce KPIs and risk matrices.
- Prepare and contribute to strategic and operational governance committees for the Trade Finance and RSF business streams.
- Contribute to and prepare governance committees for the team’s TOM initiatives.
- Co-facilitate governance committees.
- Support customer experience improvement initiatives and, where possible, lead an initiative.
- Maintain the RSF and TF operating-model knowledge base in line with governance principles and knowledge-base management responsibilities.
Candidate profile
University, business school or engineering school education, with a specialisation in strategy and organisational management, transformation, corporate finance or project management. A minimum level of study equivalent to a first-year Master’s degree (M1) is required.
Desired skills include proficiency with generative AI tools for analysis and reporting, analytical and synthesis skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and fluency in French and English. The successful candidate should be organised, rigorous, comfortable managing multiple topics, collaborative, interested in banking and transformation, and solution-oriented.
