The Digital Assets Department is responsible for deploying the digital assets offering within CACEIS and contributing to Crédit Agricole Group initiatives in this area. Within the Business Development division, we are seeking a Sales Support professional.

Responsibilities

  • Approve new services and blockchains.
  • Coordinate NAP and Design Authority committees for new activities and products.
  • Monitor restrictions and update them in PIM.
  • Coordinate blockchain approval.
  • Define and execute the commercial strategy with Coverage and Digital Assets product teams.
  • Coordinate sales and prospecting activities and contribute to client and partner account reviews.
  • Support BusCom and RCC activities.
  • Coordinate onboarding of new Digital Assets clients.
  • Collect, classify and update client files and CRM information.
  • Verify the completeness and validity of client and legal documentation.
  • Respond to client requests regarding Digital Assets services in support of Coverage.
  • Contribute to RFPs and due diligence processes.
  • Manage client communication initiatives and monitor client satisfaction.
  • Analyse commercial performance, produce activity reports and monitor market developments.
  • Prepare presentations of Digital Assets services and offerings.
  • Represent and promote CACEIS and Digital Assets at internal and external events.

The position’s responsibilities may evolve with the development of the business.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate degree or equivalent.
  • Finance specialisation.
  • Experience in banking or consulting.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital financial products and asset servicing.
  • 6–10 years of experience.
  • Strategic vision, strong communication, client focus, negotiation skills, organisation and analytical ability.
  • Fluent English required.
