Business Consultant, APAC

You will support the execution of a transformation program at Atos, designed to drive operational excellence across multiple workstreams. You will act as the connective bridge between workstreams and stakeholders, ensuring data flows accurately, deadlines are met, and roadblocks are dismantled.

Responsibilities

• Workstream Coordination: Liaise and collaborate with the APAC executive leadership team on operational activities and assist the progress of multiple Genesis workstreams, ensuring milestones are achieved and KPIs are consistently reported.
• Operational Excellence: Participate in the organization’s strategic and annual business plans.
• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication between diverse internal teams and external partners. Manage complex, multi-layered projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Data and Insights: Analyze project metrics to identify risks early and turn raw project data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
• Project Governance: Maintain rigorous project documentation and ensure workstreams remain aligned with the transformation’s strategic objectives. Conduct research, data analysis, and create reports and proposals as requested.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT/Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience in consulting, business operations, or commercial transformation, preferably within a Big 4 or equivalent environment.
• Experience in a transformation or project management office, or a high-growth scale-up environment where processes were built from scratch.
• Strong business acumen and advanced analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to interpret, analyze, and structure data effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
