Business Analyst - VIE

Your role

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet client needs.
• Support projects from scoping to delivery across the project lifecycle.
• Produce clear documentation, including process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Run workshops and meetings to translate business needs into actionable insights.
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions that create value.

Your profile

• At least 2 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
• Understanding of core business analysis methodologies and best practices.
• Confident communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with requirements management tools and process mapping.
• Comfort working in agile or hybrid environments.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Team-oriented, with a growth mindset and willingness to learn.
• Fluent in English.
