Join Crédit Agricole Assurances as a Business Analyst on a fixed-term contract. Working in an agile environment, you will act as the link between business needs and IT deployment, collaborating closely with the project management team.
Functional testing and user validation
- Write test plans and design test scenarios.
- Coordinate and execute functional testing with IT teams and end users.
- Contribute to iterative validation testing during sprints.
- Report defects using Jira and ALM QC.
- Write test acceptance reports and maintain the regression testing repository.
Functional analysis and requirements gathering
- Lead requirements-gathering workshops.
- Write business requirements and user stories.
- Design specifications for document and publishing solutions.
- Create and maintain functional documentation.
- Work closely with project managers and development teams in an agile environment.
Continuous improvement and evolution management
- Analyse change requests from operational management units.
- Propose improvements to tools and processes.
- Participate in prioritising and monitoring changes.

Required profile: Postgraduate degree or equivalent, with training in project management and 3–5 years of experience in MOA, AMOA and/or functional testing in insurance, preferably property and casualty insurance. Desired qualities include strong interpersonal skills, initiative, customer focus, rigour, organisation, responsiveness and analytical ability.

Contract: Fixed-term contract, duration 3 months. Non-executive management position.
