Team

The Information System & Risks IT Directorate supports the design, development and maintenance of applications and systems for Crédit Agricole CIB. The Global Markets IT department manages the global information system across the full value chain of the Capital Markets businesses, with teams located in Paris, London, New York, Hong Kong, India and Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Frame or participate in framing new requirements, including estimation, impact analysis and planning.
  • Write or participate in writing general and detailed specifications.
  • Build or participate in building testing strategies and plans.
  • Support developers.
  • Execute BA tests and assist with UAT.
  • Enrich regression test campaigns.
  • Prepare documentation usable by AI/RAG systems and supporting the skills development of QA teams and other employees.

Education and experience

  • Postgraduate degree or equivalent.
  • Engineering school or university background, specializing in information systems.
  • More than 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably on the IT side.
  • Strong expertise in Business Analyst activities.

Skills

  • Knowledge of Capital Markets activities.
  • Knowledge of counterparty risk.
  • Knowledge of complex architectures.
  • Knowledge of cloud environments and DevOps tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to make strategic decisions.
  • Adaptability in dynamic and continually changing environments.
  • Operational English.
