Your Role
This Business Analyst will support LendingClub’s loan servicing software by ensuring systems are configured correctly and addressing issues across new and existing products.
- Learn and understand LendingClub’s systems and loan processes quickly.
- Support product configuration, requirements gathering, and data analysis.
- Perform hands-on testing by writing and executing test scenarios.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Work on new product launches and ongoing system improvements.
Your Profile
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Business Analyst with a strong ability to analyze complex business problems, data, and processes to identify solutions and opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience bridging business stakeholders and technology teams, with experience in requirements gathering, validation, and user acceptance testing.
- More than 3 years of hands-on Business Analyst experience.
- SQL proficiency.
- Strong experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Understanding of loan processes, loan origination, and related terminology.
- Familiarity with general cloud knowledge.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose, test, and validate systems and data.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with the Spectrum platform preferred.
- Ability to grasp concepts quickly, ask questions when unclear, and communicate precisely.
