About the team
The Maintenance & Energy Department focuses on equipment reliability, operational performance, and continuous improvement. As an Automation Engineer Intern, you will support equipment maintenance, automation systems, technical troubleshooting, documentation, and manufacturing efficiency initiatives.
Main activities
- Support preventive maintenance activities.
- Support equipment inspection, autonomous maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
- Update automation documentation, electrical drawings, maintenance records, and preventive maintenance task lists.
- Participate in continuous improvement and digitalization projects.
- Support PLC/HMI programming, testing, and commissioning activities.
Who we are looking for
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Automation Engineering or Electrical & Automation Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of electrical safety and electrical control circuits.
- Familiarity with PLC/HMI systems and basic programming skills.
- Knowledge of industrial digitalization technologies is an advantage.
- Eagerness to learn and explore industrial automation and digitalization.
- Basic English communication skills.
Allowances and benefits
- On-site work at the Michelin Factory, No. 5, VSIP II-A, Street No. 23A, Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park II, Vinh Tan, Ho Chi Minh City.
