We are looking for an Automation Engineer & Business Analyst to support the delivery of high-quality automotive aftersales applications used by workshops, service technicians, and vehicle owners. This role combines Business Analysis, Test Automation, Application Validation, and External Team Coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Requirements Management: Analyze business requirements and translate them into test scenarios, validation strategies, and automation solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and vendors. Understand business processes, identify gaps, and support issue resolution.
- Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts and reusable automation frameworks. Apply industry-standard tools and technologies, improve automation coverage and execution efficiency, and support continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines.
- Application Validation: Validate web applications, desktop applications, mobile applications, backend systems and services, and customer-facing digital solutions supporting automotive aftersales processes.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform and support functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, application, and release testing.
- External Team Coordination: Coordinate with external automation and validation teams, monitor quality and delivery schedules, review testing outcomes, and facilitate collaboration between internal teams, partners, and vendors.
- Quality Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Track test coverage, quality metrics, automation progress, and validation status. Improve testing processes and support Agile delivery, CI/CD, and continuous quality initiatives.
Required Skills

- Automotive aftersales and workshop management systems

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
A versatile Automation Engineer and Business Analyst with expertise in requirements analysis, test automation, application validation, stakeholder coordination, business processes, Agile delivery, and quality assurance. Experience in automotive aftersales applications, workshop systems, diagnostics, or customer-facing digital solutions is an advantage.
