Key Responsibilities

  • Executes all planned preventive jobs safely, on time, and with the required quality.
  • Executes planned legal-related maintenance tasks safely and on time.
  • Provides feedback to co-workers regarding unsafe or unsustainable behaviors.
  • Monitors PDS calibration and conducts tagging when required.
  • Supports AM by demonstrating CILT standards and applies standards during part changes.
  • Repairs damaged FLT parts and follows up on breakdown analysis.
  • Utilizes the workstation according to 5S standards.
  • Approves CILT execution using Parasabel and audits FLT CILT on the shop floor.
  • Executes tasks in the battery charging room, including work involving batteries, cranes, and chargers.
  • Monitors tag and detag activities daily.
  • Performs planned and unplanned maintenance on Manitou, scissor lifts, and Skyworks equipment.
  • Performs BDA and RCFA activities.
  • Reports to the Garage Team Leader.
  • Communicates and cooperates with FLT operations and shift team leaders before, during, and after FLT maintenance.
  • Receives and executes planned and unplanned work from the Garage Team Leader.
  • Participates in RCFA activities, including five-why analysis, training, and mentoring.
  • Trains FLT operators in troubleshooting frequent failures.
  • Supports operators with FLT inspection and tightening after CILT.
  • Coordinates and manages the development and use of Visual Management, Poka Yoke, and CBM for PM and CILT tasks.
  • Drives CILT work and trains FLT operators in AM and CILT execution.
  • Involves and leads improvement teams.
  • Maintains Garage 5S sustainability and hygiene.
  • Collects maintenance information and data from FLT and machinery operators daily.
  • Reports on planned maintenance work, including technical and administrative reporting.
  • Monitors MTBF registration daily and reports to the Garage Team Leader.

Job Requirements

Education: Advanced Diploma or above in a technical field, including auto mechanics, mechanical engineering, auto electricity, or a similar discipline.

Experience and skills:

  • At least 2 years of maintenance work experience.
  • Meets the requirements of the Engineering/Technicians Job Leveling Matrix, Level 1.
  • Successfully completed One Star TEC practical and theoretical assessments and improved mandatory KPIs.
  • Completed the E-learning Maintenance Certificate.
  • Complies with safety standards, including LSR and LOTO.
  • Participates in TAG/DETAG activities.
  • Independent user of Windows, Office, and Maximo.
  • Adheres to shop-floor standards and participates in 5S teams.
  • Knowledge of TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Demonstrates Level I behavior.
  • Has good troubleshooting skills and very good technical knowledge of machines and forklifts.
  • Has experience with TPM and can execute AM activities and train operators in AM.
  • Can actively support and participate in BDA.
  • Has basic knowledge of maintenance engineering, supply, and inventory management processes.
