Responsibilities
- Use expertise in quality service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
- Help Leads and Coaches train new employees.
- Support store operations, including cash register duties, receiving and dispatching merchandise, replenishing products and organizing displays.
- Recommend suitable products to help achieve sales targets.
- Use digital tools to connect online and in-store purchases and services.
- Inform consumers and colleagues about NIKE products and services.
- Develop knowledge through NIKE tools and training, including sales trends, products, services and brand culture.
