Your role
- Manage complex O2C cases, including billing corrections, unapplied cash, short-pays, disputes, and high-risk overdue items.
- Perform detailed account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of customer financial data.
- Analyze recurring issues and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
- Deliver O2C training, onboarding sessions, and knowledge-sharing workshops.
- Support audits, control checks, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Logistics to resolve cross-functional issues.
Your profile
- English and German at a minimum B2 level.
- Baccalaureate diploma is mandatory as a minimum educational qualification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to document standardized processes.
- Medium to advanced Excel knowledge.
