Job description
You are looking for an internship in security and safety, risk management, infrastructure security or a related field, and have an interest in international security, compliance and crisis-management issues.
Property Corporate Services (PCS), attached to Operations, Premises Country COOs (OPC) within Crédit Agricole CIB, is responsible worldwide for defining real-estate project strategies, conducting security, safety and infrastructure-maintenance compliance controls, and managing the Bank’s global real-estate expenditure.
You will join the Security Infrastructure team, which is responsible for infrastructure-security and maintenance compliance controls, advising and assisting international network entities, managing operational real estate, and coordinating security and safety activities with the Crédit Agricole SA Group Security and Safety Department.
Responsibilities
- Set up security and strategic monitoring.
- Draft evacuation plans for sensitive countries, approximately five countries, and the related emergency response sheets.
- Participate in drafting security and safety guidelines in line with standards.
- Update the document database used for audits.
- Participate in operational activities.
- Set up security and safety communications and engagement for the international network.
Profile
- Education in business, engineering or computer science, or at university level.
- Specialization in security and safety, risk management, HSE, risk management, real estate or facilities management, geopolitics, or risk management.
- A first experience in security and safety, risk management, compliance or auditing is desirable.
- Knowledge of crisis management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent French and English.
- Confidentiality, curiosity, autonomy and strong writing skills.
