About the role
NIKE Retail is looking for an Assistant Store Manager/Assistant Head Coach for the new Nike Roma Outlet in Sant'Oreste, RM.
As an Assistant Head Coach, you will work with the Head Coach to create a unique shopping experience and provide excellent customer service. You will coordinate, support and supervise a diverse team, implement operational excellence tools and processes, oversee departments, support Nike retail strategy, provide store and market reporting, ensure compliance with Nike standards, and collaborate with commercial partners and headquarters.

Your contribution
- Passion for Nike and/or sport
- More than 4 years of retail and/or leadership experience
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and work independently
- Ability to build, develop and promote a strong team
- Flexibility to work shifts and weekends
Salary
The annual base salary generally ranges from €36,800 to €55,200. Actual compensation varies according to qualifications, skills and experience.
