About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Woodbury Commons store in Central Valley, New York. The role involves leading teams, supporting store performance, building effective relationships, and maintaining high standards of customer service and performance.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Four-year college or university degree in business, retail management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

The anticipated base pay range is $28.29 to $42.43. Actual salary depends on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
