In NIKE Retail Stores, an Assistant Store Manager is called an Assistant Head Coach. We are looking for an Assistant Head Coach, Visual Merchandising & Styling, responsible for driving the strategies, plans, and processes that ensure the highest level of visual merchandising and styling execution within the London Flagship.

What you will do

  • Work closely with the Head Coach Visual Merchandising & Styling and Retail Operations Specialist to adopt and apply Geo Visual Merchandising and styling direction.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire the London Flagship VMS team with a clear vision of success.
  • Collaborate with the Head Coach VMS and Retail Operations Specialist to plan zonings based on consumer mindsets, key product stories, and product marketing elements.
  • Manage, track, and assess resources, including inventory, fixtures, fittings, mannequins, VMS materials, and human resources.
  • Analyze business results and balance commerciality with brand experience.
  • Partner with VMS coaches to drive business KPIs and ensure regular photo capture of product executions.
  • Execute training strategies covering visual standards, merchandising techniques, seasonal trends, presentation, and training skills.

What you bring

  • A passion for NIKE and/or love of sport.
  • Some experience in retail and/or leadership positions.
  • Very good written and spoken English.
  • Experience and competency in exceptional consumer service.
  • Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
