In NIKE Retail Stores, an Assistant Store Manager is called an Assistant Head Coach. We are looking for an Assistant Head Coach, Visual Merchandising & Styling, responsible for driving the strategies, plans, and processes that ensure the highest level of visual merchandising and styling execution within the London Flagship.
What you will do
- Work closely with the Head Coach Visual Merchandising & Styling and Retail Operations Specialist to adopt and apply Geo Visual Merchandising and styling direction.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the London Flagship VMS team with a clear vision of success.
- Collaborate with the Head Coach VMS and Retail Operations Specialist to plan zonings based on consumer mindsets, key product stories, and product marketing elements.
- Manage, track, and assess resources, including inventory, fixtures, fittings, mannequins, VMS materials, and human resources.
- Analyze business results and balance commerciality with brand experience.
- Partner with VMS coaches to drive business KPIs and ensure regular photo capture of product executions.
- Execute training strategies covering visual standards, merchandising techniques, seasonal trends, presentation, and training skills.

What you bring
- A passion for NIKE and/or love of sport.
- Some experience in retail and/or leadership positions.
- Very good written and spoken English.
- Experience and competency in exceptional consumer service.
- Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
