Assistant Store Manager (Temporary) - adidas Valdichiana Designer Village

At adidas, retail is where the brand comes to life. As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in daily operations and help create a high-performing, consumer-focused environment.

Your Role and Impact

• Support daily store operations, including sales, customer service, replenishment, inventory, and compliance.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and deliver a premium consumer experience.
• Motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve store targets.
• Drive store processes and standards for smooth and efficient operations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires.
• Monitor and analyze store KPIs to improve performance and profitability.
• Maintain Visual Merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
• Handle challenging interpersonal situations professionally.
• Take ownership of store responsibilities and initiatives.
• Step in for the Store Manager when required.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 18 months of retail experience, preferably in sports or fashion, including supervisory responsibility or Assistant Store Manager experience.
• Strong team leadership, coaching, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of retail operations and store processes.
• Good knowledge of Visual Merchandising principles and MS Office.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
