Requirements

• Possess and consistently exhibit competencies relevant to the position.
• Operate personal computers, POS systems, and software including Microsoft Office.
• Understand profit-and-loss statements and store KPIs to make sound commercial decisions.
• Learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Have strong interpersonal, communication, and discussion-leading skills.
• Work independently, use discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and maintain high performance standards.
• Speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Be willing to travel domestically by car and air.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a four-year degree in business, retail management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Have experience managing a team.
• Communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Physical and work requirements

The role involves standing, walking, using hands, reaching, talking, hearing, and occasionally sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and operating a Brannock device. Employees frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. The role may involve exposure to outside weather conditions.

The anticipated base pay range is $28.24–$42.36. Actual salary depends on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
