Be part of the founding team for adidas's new store opening in Rotterdam Alexandrium in October 2026. The Assistant Store Manager will partner with the Store Manager to lead daily operations, inspire the sales team, deliver world-class service, and uphold adidas brand standards.
Your impact
- Partner with the Store Manager and lead daily operations.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, coaching the team and driving performance.
- Use data and insights to support continuous improvement.
- Ensure legal, financial, and operational integrity.
- Champion adidas standards in visual merchandising, service, and storytelling.
- Recruit, train, and develop future leaders.
- Build an inclusive, high-performance culture for team members and consumers.
- Collaborate across stores and regions and engage in continuous coaching and training.
What we're looking for
- At least 18 months of retail leadership assistance experience in fashion, lifestyle, or sports.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to turn insight into action.
- Confident leadership with excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Advanced English skills and comfort using MS Office and digital retail tools.
- A resilient, solutions-driven approach and passion for delivering results.
