Assistant Store Manager - Logan Hyperdome, QLD

We are seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our Logan Hyperdome Performance Concept Store on a full-time basis.

Adidas is looking for an efficient, proactive leader with a connection to sport who would like to work for a global brand. The successful candidate will maintain high standards and lead from the front, inspiring success in people management and store management.

Responsibilities

Supporting the Store Manager in:

• Managing, motivating and leading the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets and an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitoring and analysing performance data and making adjustments to drive commercial success.
• Effectively managing all retail operations within a fashion store environment.
• Role-modelling customer service and leading the team to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Guiding and training team members on brand product knowledge and customer service.
• Coordinating team members to execute and maintain Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
• Coordinating efficient inventory processing and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
• Sharing best practices to drive overall store team performance.

Requirements

Applicants should have a solid retail sales background and a proven record of success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position, consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Retail leadership experience in men's or women's apparel or sports footwear will be highly regarded.
