Assistant Store Manager - Chadstone Performance Concept Store, VIC

We are seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our Chadstone Performance Concept Store on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to represent adidas in a key concept store in Melbourne.

We are looking for an experienced retail leader who will maintain high standards for themselves and their staff. The Assistant Store Manager will lead from the front and inspire success in all areas of people management and store management.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in:

• Managing, motivating, and leading the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitoring and analyzing performance data and making necessary adjustments to drive commercial success.
• Effectively managing all retail operations within a fashion store environment.
• Being a role model and leading the team in customer service and meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
• Guiding and training team members on brand product knowledge and customer service.
• Coordinating team members to consistently execute and maintain established visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.
• Coordinating team members to ensure efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
• Sharing best practices to drive overall store team performance.

Requirements

To be successful, you will have a solid retail sales background with a proven track record of success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position, consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in retail leadership in men's or women's apparel or sports footwear will be highly regarded.
