We are seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join the Chadstone Performance Concept Store on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the refurbishment and reopening of one of adidas's key concept stores.
The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager by leading the team, driving commercial performance, and maintaining high standards across people and store management.
Responsibilities
- Manage, motivate, and lead the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze performance data and make adjustments to drive commercial success.
- Effectively manage retail operations within a fashion store environment.
- Model excellent customer service and help meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Guide and train team members on brand product knowledge and customer service.
- Coordinate visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.
- Coordinate efficient inventory processing and stock-to-floor procedures.
- Share best practices to improve overall store team performance.
Requirements
Applicants should have a solid retail sales background and a proven record of success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position, consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales. Candidates should be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Retail leadership experience in men's or women's apparel or sports footwear will be highly regarded.
