Assistant Store Manager (Assistant Head Coach) (w/m/d) – 37.5h – NFS Ingolstadt

NIKE, Inc. is looking for an Assistant Head Coach to help create a unique shopping experience for customers and deliver excellent service in the Ingolstadt store.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Head Coach to ensure an outstanding customer shopping experience and service.
• Coordinate, support and develop a diverse team, including recruiting, development, performance management and staffing.
• Manage tools and operational processes to achieve sales goals, optimize performance and increase customer satisfaction.
• Monitor commercial, athlete and customer-experience areas.
• Support the implementation of Nike store strategies, including sustainability, Nike Membership and digital offerings.
• Provide insights to optimize the store’s positioning in the local market.
• Ensure compliance with Nike standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with business partners across stores and headquarters.

Requirements

• Passion for Nike and/or love of sport.
• Four or more years of retail and/or leadership experience.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
• Extensive experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Independent and solution-oriented working style.
• Ability to build, develop and support a strong team.
• Willingness to work weekends and shifts.
