What is the opportunity?
CACEIS Malaysia has been a cornerstone of asset servicing since 2008, evolving into a trusted hub of operational excellence within the global CACEIS network. Strategically located in IOI City, Putrajaya, the company employs over 1,200 skilled professionals, providing a broad spectrum of services to institutional clients across Europe.
The ISSR Department is responsible for strengthening the security of the information system and CACEIS's resilience capabilities, in line with the company’s strategy, client requirements, the regulatory environment, and the framework defined by the CACEIS Group.
You will join the User Access Management team within the ISSR department. The UAM team includes colleagues from Malaysia, France, Luxembourg, Germany and Ireland and is primarily responsible for managing user access rights in CACEIS.
Region: APAC
Working hours: 9AM–6PM Malaysia time
What will you do?
- Manage user accounts, roles and permissions across various systems and applications.
- Ensure timely and secure onboarding and offboarding of users, including access provisioning and de-provisioning.
- Continuously develop the necessary processes, specifications and guidelines.
- Implement new solutions in coordination with IT, compliance and business stakeholders.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing relevant access reports and documentation.
- Act as the first and main point of contact for business units, providing guidance on access best practices and tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with application owners and other business stakeholders to resolve access-right issues.
- Provide support and coverage for all regions as part of the global team during Malaysia morning hours.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cyber Security, IT, Computer Science or Management, or equivalent.
- Three to five years of experience in User Access Management.
- Hands-on experience with user lifecycle management and access-right provisioning.
- Experience using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA or similar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Problem-solving aptitude and good communication skills.
- Experience in a regulated or audit-focused environment.
- Fluent written and oral English.
- Ability to work independently, multitask and demonstrate initiative.
Nice to have
- Experience with PowerShell scripting, Active Directory, SoD frameworks and toxic-rights combinations.
