Purpose
This role owns the integrity, maintenance, and optimization of retail product and store data across Direct to Consumer (DTC) Systems for North America. The position ensures accurate, scalable data operations that enable store execution, omni-channel capabilities, and system stability, with a strong focus on Single Store Master (SSM), ongoing data governance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the business owner of Single Store Master (SSM), ensuring accurate store master data, system alignment, lifecycle management, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Own ongoing maintenance of product data across SAP and related systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and end-to-end lifecycle integrity.
- Maintain and validate product and store data across SAP, TrueVUE, GK OmniPOS, and other platforms.
- Drive data integrity across systems, leading issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee article creation processes executed by vendors and internal teams.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors, ensuring service quality, SLA adherence, and issue resolution.
- Maintain standardized documentation for system configurations, data processes, and governance.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with SAP and familiarity with SSM, TrueVUE, and other internal system tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to assess and manage cross-system impacts.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum one year of experience in retail or a related position, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Systems experience in the retail industry is preferred.
Work Environment
