What is the opportunity?
CACEIS Malaysia has been a cornerstone of asset servicing since 2008, evolving into a trusted hub of operational excellence within the global CACEIS network. Strategically located in IOI City, Putrajaya, the company employs over 1,200 skilled professionals, providing services to institutional clients across Europe, including custody and cash clearing, fund administration, fund distribution, master data services, market solutions, group invoicing, reconciliations, and private equity and real estate solutions.
Reporting to the Manager, MDS Pricing team, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate completion of security pricing valuation. You will support the global business for eight working hours a day. Shift hours are rotational and start between 7:00am MYT and 9:00am MYT.

Working hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm
What will you do?
- Deliver portfolio securities valuation for administered funds, including security pricing, FX and interest rates, stale price analysis, customer support, and EUCs updates.
- Support global servicing from the operating location, including shifts and work on bank, legal holidays, and weekends when required.
- Maintain organizational relationships with management.
- Ensure effective resolution of enquiries and escalate issues and problems.
- Promote quality deliverables by motivating, coaching, and developing team members.
- Perform regular self-assessment of team tasks and process workflows.
- Act as deputy manager.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure data consistency and integrity across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Banking operations experience with basic static data knowledge.
- Knowledge of different investment instrument types.
- Experience in an operations environment.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Knowledge of data vendors such as Bloomberg, Telekurs, FTID, and Reuters.
- Knowledge of Excel VBA and Power BI.
- English language proficiency.
