This role will support the team in planning, merchandising and buying product suitable for the value channel to service the needs of our consumers and to drive the eCom strategy and ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
Buying & Planning
- Responsible for Outlet buying and planning across SEA eCOM channels.
- Drive forecasting at article detail and segment responsibilities for the brand on .com, App, and Marketplace ecosystems against Open-To-Buy for eCom in collaboration with the wider SEA and EM eCom teams.
- Review size ratios for new season and take necessary corrective action prior to order placement.
- Deliver best practice end-to-end in-season management, including management of best sellers and worst sellers, in-season stock cover management, and in-season reactivity, including KPIs on productivity, sell-through, and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the SEA Assortment Planning team to implement product mix according to the share of the business, share of categories, gender mix, and other factors for the eCom Outlet business.
In-season responsibilities
- Analyze sales reports and take necessary action before, during, and after the season.
- Track sell-through and opportunities and provide recommendations to Country Buying Leads and CX teams to identify additional business opportunities and stock consolidation.
- Manage and track article hygiene across SEA, including article segmentation by channel and membership-focused assortment for consistency across countries.
- Support the SEA Ecom Merch Ops Lead to effectively manage and move inventory as required to support business needs.
- Consolidate monthly markdowns by country and work with the EM Pricing Lead for campaign setup.
- Work proactively and propose process changes to continually drive a best-in-class experience for the adidas consumer.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Structured, organized, and process-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Fluent in English.
- Advanced user of MS Office suite of products, especially Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced knowledge of Retail Management Systems, including SAP AFS, SAP PGR, DVM, and MicroStrategy.
- Dashboarding and data visualization experience is a plus.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
- University degree, ideally in business with a sales and finance focus, or equivalent professional experience.
- 6–8 years of experience in merchandising or related functions, including buying, planning, and trading.
- eCom experience is a plus.
- Functional awareness of Operations and Finance.
