To support the Business Engineering team on incoming due diligence requests received from Relationship Managers, Coverage teams and clients.
Due Diligence and Assistant Manager
- Provide high-quality responses to due diligence questionnaires and ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate efficiently with contributors from other business lines.
- Drive topics to completion and follow through on commitments.
- Manage pressure and changing priorities while maintaining accuracy, quality and reliability.
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business processes, identifying efficiency gains, risk reduction opportunities and automation possibilities.
- Promote standardisation and best practices in methodology, documentation and tools.
- Provide cross-functional support for RFPs and RFIs.
- Mentor and support junior team members where applicable.
Project and Change Management
- Suggest, initiate and participate in business line and Business Engineering improvement projects.
- Review and enhance notebooks, standard due diligences and procedures.
- Standardise and document processes, workflows and procedures resulting from projects and change initiatives.
- Support the Manager with day-to-day team activities and priorities.
- Identify, track and mitigate risks and issues, escalating when needed and proposing remediation actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Six to ten years of experience.
- Due diligence experience or experience in transversal functions such as product, process or marketing.
- Good knowledge of financial markets and operational experience across product lines.
- Strong planning, organisation, communication, analytical, documentation and project management skills.
- Experience in process optimisation and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
