Your role
In this role, you’ll participate with a top client in the automotive industry, defining and maintaining embedded software and system development processes applying ASPICE. You’ll translate process change requests into clear, compliant, and deployable process definitions.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Design, Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
- ASPICE expertise applied to real production projects, including process frameworks and mapping requirements to development processes.
- Process management expertise, including creating and updating development processes, standards, operating procedures, process flows, and requirements.
- Previous experience as an Embedded Software Developer, with advanced understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Experience authoring process definitions and writing clear, structured process requirements, including “shall/should” statements, role responsibilities, and required templates.
- Hands-on experience creating or updating development processes, standards, SOPs, and lifecycle definitions.
- Ability to translate ASPICE, ISO 26262, and cybersecurity standards into clear process flows, defined roles and responsibilities, required work products, and entry/exit criteria.
- Working knowledge of ALM tools; Atlassian and IBM DOORS are preferred.
- Advanced English communication skills.
