Your Role
As an ASIC Test & Qualification Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of semiconductor products through comprehensive qualification processes. Working with leading industry clients, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and documenting qualification activities.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Preparing and implementing qualification plans according to industry standards and client requirements
- Coordinating test execution with suppliers and test houses, serving as the primary interface between all stakeholders
- Analyzing test results and creating comprehensive qualification reports and presentations for clients
- Applying statistical analysis and process capability methodologies to evaluate test data
- Ensuring compliance with relevant qualification standards including ESCC-9000, AEC-Q100, JESD22, JESD47, and MIL-STD-883
- Managing radiation test activities including total ionizing dose (TID) and single event effects (SEE)
Your Profile
- Experience with semiconductor qualification strategies and mission profile development
- Strong knowledge of major qualification standards, including ESCC-9000, AEC-Q100, JESD22, JESD47, and MIL-STD-883
- Practical understanding of ASIC testing concepts and methodologies
- Experience with radiation testing procedures and analysis
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and process capability assessment
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Dutch
- Strong project coordination abilities with attention to detail and documentation
