Job description
Crédit Agricole Immobilier is seeking an IA and MLOps Architect to join the IA and Architecture team within the Information Systems Department in Toulouse. The role involves designing, framing and implementing industrial AI architectures for new digital practices while ensuring their application through MLOps and technical reliability in compliance with Group security and regulatory frameworks.
Main responsibilities
- Conduct technical feasibility studies for AI projects covering data, integration, security and MLOps.
- Define target AI architectures for predictive ML, RAG and GenAI, aligned with the existing information system, Group standards and shared technical foundations.
- Formalize architecture decisions and lead or deliver rapid AI proofs of concept lasting four to six weeks.
- Test model, data and technical-chain viability, and document results, limitations, risks and industrialization requirements.
- Define and implement MLOps chains, support integration of AI solutions into the existing information system and contribute to the DSI AI service catalogue.
- Define and deploy ML observability principles, monitoring alerts and performance indicators, and contribute to the AI run strategy.
- Contribute to AI governance, participate in AI and Architecture committees, and ensure compliance with GDPR and the AI Act.
- Act as the DSI's technical AI reference, support Data Engineers, project teams and service providers, and promote AI and MLOps best practices.
Profile
You have higher education in computer science, data, AI or an equivalent field and at least six to ten years of experience. You have proven experience industrializing AI solutions as a developer or architect in a large organization or consulting firm, ideally in a complex, highly secured environment.
Technical skills include Python, Git, GitLab CI/CD, Azure cloud, machine learning and generative AI concepts such as RAG, LLMs and embeddings, MLOps, information-system and API integration, and AI agents. Snowflake and Airflow certifications are a plus. Technical English is required.
Key soft skills include customer orientation, adaptability, analytical and synthesis skills, pragmatism, interpersonal ease, rigor and teaching ability.
