Job Description
Application Developers develop, test and integrate applications, frameworks and tools in a controlled environment. With expertise in a specific technology environment, they are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management or technical application management of client-specific package based solutions.
Grade Specific Responsibilities
- Write software programs using specific programming languages, platforms and related tools, platforms and environments.
- Write, update and maintain computer programs or software packages to handle specific jobs, such as tracking inventory, storing or retrieving data, or controlling other equipment.
- Consult with managerial, engineering and technical personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems and suggest changes.
- Write or contribute to instructions or manuals to guide end users.
- Ensure coding is bug-free and data is secured without data leakage vulnerabilities.
Certification
Certification on SaaS or package-based solutions and/or relevant programming tools, languages and methodologies.
