Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the required technology stack.
- Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development and implementation.
- Deep understanding of AEM architecture, framework, and platform structure.
Technical Skills
Front-end: React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Back-end: Java, RESTful APIs, and AEM back-end development.
Adobe Experience Manager: AEM Sites, AEM components and templates, AEM workflows, Sling, OSGi, JCR Repository, and AEM development best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- End-to-end AEM implementation experience.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience integrating AEM with external applications and enterprise systems.
Mandatory Requirements
Front-end and back-end expertise are both mandatory. Strong hands-on AEM experience and a deep understanding of the platform architecture may be considered in lieu of the full 5 years of AEM experience, provided the candidate demonstrates strong technical proficiency.
