Objective of job

The AMS system is a logistics management system developed uniquely by BBAC based on the SAP S4/HANA framework. The position manages system operation and maintenance, new projects, and change management in cooperation with IT and the Logistics Operations Department digitalization team.

Architecture Management: Act as the key interface between workstream solution architects and IT, ensuring that the AMS landscape supports business goals, scalability, and long-term digital strategy.
Process & IT Management: Integrate logistics processes and corresponding digital systems across multiple business areas and map the as-is process landscape with digital functionality.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with operations teams to understand business processes and integrate them into technical solutions.
Digital Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience through automation, customization, and integration.
Benchmarking: Incorporate best practices and new digital ideas and technologies to continuously improve the BBAC digital blueprint and roadmap.
Reporting & Analytics: Develop, customize, and support standard and ad-hoc reports using SAP tools such as Quick View and ABAP queries, and liaise with BI/ABAP teams to provide data-driven insights.
Project management & development: Manage projects involving AI, data mining, AMS, and other systems, and develop smart tools to support cost savings.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in digitalization management.
Business process acumen and deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain, procurement, and warehouse management processes.
Experience and knowledge in SAP solution design and customizing.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
Interdisciplinary mindset and willingness to work in an international environment.
Power BI, Python, and Dify skills are preferred; knowledge of AI is a plus.
