Responsibilities
As part of a 24-month apprenticeship contract, your main responsibilities will include:
- Acquisitions and onboarding of assets: reading and analysing sale deeds and leases, preparing property management books, sharing analyses with clients, entering data into the ALTAIX system and launching tenant billing.
- Day-to-day lease management: monitoring monthly, quarterly and annual billing; preparing and monitoring budgets; tracking annual indexations and three-yearly rent reviews; following up on unpaid invoices by email, telephone and formal notices; monitoring tenants’ contractual obligations, including insurance; responding to tenant and client requests; and managing tenant departures and asset disposals.
- Service charge and tax reconciliations: receiving and analysing property taxes, office taxes and parking taxes, recharging them to tenants, preparing annual service charge reconciliations with the Technical Management and Accounting teams, obtaining client approval and recharging tenants.
Profile
- Preparing a Master’s degree in real estate.
- Ideally, previous apprenticeship or internship experience in a similar position.
- Communication, curiosity, team spirit, adaptability, rigour and creativity.
- Knowledge of legal and administrative matters in commercial real estate.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
