As part of a 12- or 24-month apprenticeship contract, your main responsibilities will include:
- Acquisitions and asset onboarding: reading and analysing sales deeds and leases, preparing property management books, transmitting information to clients, entering data into ALTAIX and launching tenant invoicing.
- Day-to-day rental management: monitoring monthly, quarterly and annual invoicing; tracking annual indexations and three-yearly revisions; chasing unpaid invoices by email, telephone and formal notices; and monitoring tenants’ contractual obligations, including insurance.
- Tenant departures and asset disposals: closing invoicing and arranging the repayment of security deposits.
- Service charge and tax reconciliations: receiving and analysing property taxes and other charges, re-invoicing tenants, preparing annual charge reconciliations with Technical Management and Accounting, obtaining client approval and re-invoicing tenants.
- Reporting: preparing reports related to the mandate.

Profile
You are preparing for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in real estate. Previous apprenticeship or internship experience in a similar position would be an advantage.
Soft skills: communication, curiosity, team spirit, adaptability, rigour and creativity. Technical skills: basic knowledge across building trades. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and AI tools is required.
