What You’ll Do
As an AI Engineer, you’ll design and build intelligent applications using advanced machine learning and LLM-based architectures. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions leveraging technologies like RAG, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Understand business goals and how AI can create real value.
- Build RAG pipelines, structure unstructured data, and fine-tune language models.
- Work with vector stores, embedder models, and retrieval frameworks.
- Help bring solutions into production using MLOps and LLMOps practices.

Projects and Technology Stack
- Document intelligence and search over unstructured corpora

Teams work in agile groups of two to five people with close collaboration and continuous delivery. The culture is remote-first, and this role is remote within Slovakia. Flexible working includes full-time and part-time options, with part-time roles starting from 24 hours per week.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Python programming and software engineering skills
- Experience with modern AI tools, RAG architectures, vector databases, and embedding models
- Familiarity with LLM frameworks and libraries such as LangChain and LlamaIndex
- Ability to design and deploy cloud-based AI systems
- A problem-solving mindset, passion for learning, and hands-on approach
- Legal authorization to travel and work across the EU as required for client engagement
