AI Developer

Are you passionate about building the future with Artificial Intelligence? At Atos, we are expanding our capabilities and establishing a center of excellence for Data & AI. We are looking for a motivated AI Developer to join our dedicated team of specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI/ML Solutions: Design, build, and deploy end-to-end machine learning models to solve complex business challenges, including classification, regression, clustering, and forecasting.
• Data Exploration & Analysis: Identify opportunities in large datasets, perform exploratory data analysis, and generate actionable insights to guide business strategy.
• Collaboration & Innovation: Work with data engineers, AI specialists, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Communicate Insights: Translate complex findings into clear language and compelling visualizations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Model Lifecycle Management: Own the model lifecycle from prototyping and validation through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Technical Requirements

• At least 2 years of commercial experience with AI and 5+ years of commercial experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and data science libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques.
• Fluency in SQL and experience with relational and non-relational databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of machine learning algorithms and best practices.
• Experience creating data visualizations with Matplotlib, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience with Git and Jupyter Notebooks or JupyterLab.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure is an advantage.
• B2/C1 English is mandatory.
