AI & Data Solutions

We are seeking a hands-on, delivery-focused AI/ML Solutions expert to join our central AI Hub. Your mission is to own the end-to-end execution of AI/ML initiatives—from business concept to robust, production-grade solutions.

Tasks

• Pre-Production: Translate business requests into technical specifications, assess feasibility and ROI, lead POCs, define guardrails, and validate data readiness.
• Build & Engineering: Architect knowledge ontologies and semantic layers, structure prompt libraries and knowledge bases, develop LLM/DL/ML solutions, and package reusable production-ready Agent skills and APIs.
• Post-Production: Fine-tune and optimize deployed models, implement monitoring and feedback loops, track compliance and business KPIs, and provide feedback to platform teams.
• Enablement: Support Business Units with debugging and tuning, standardize tools and solutions, and create tutorials and playbooks for self-service AI development.
• Governance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, China’s Data Security Law, PIPL, and internal AI governance policies in cooperation with Legal, Compliance, Information Security, and the Data Protection Officer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience delivering AI/ML products or solutions from conception through production.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, big-data processing such as Spark, MLOps tooling, and production deployment.
• Business-fluent Chinese and English.
• Hands-on experience with LLM/DL/ML delivery patterns, including RAG, agents, fine-tuning, distillation, classical machine learning, and optimization.
• Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed organizations and translating ambiguous business needs into actionable technical requirements.
