Key Responsibilities
- Analyze service requirements, including ITSM, operations, and business processes.
- Design agentic workflows and orchestration logic.
- Define interaction models between agents, systems, and humans.
- Produce agent flow specifications and design artifacts.
- Ensure designs align with governance, safety, and platform constraints.
- Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure implementability.
- Optimize flows for efficiency, reliability, and maintainability.
Required Skills
- Strong background in service design or process engineering.
- Experience with workflow modeling, including BPMN, orchestration, and automation tools.
- Ability to define logical flows and decision trees.
- Understanding of AI-assisted workflows and agent behavior modeling.
- Experience with ITSM processes, including incident, change, and problem management.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with workflow tools such as n8n and ServiceNow.
- Exposure to agent-based architectures.
- Understanding of human involvement patterns and escalation design, including human out of the loop, human after the loop, human on the loop, and human in the loop.
Experience Profile
- 6–10 years in service design, automation architecture, or process engineering.
- Experience designing operational workflows in enterprise environments.
