Agentic Service Design Architect - Digital Engineer

Define and structure agentic service delivery models by translating service requirements into detailed agent workflows, interaction patterns, and operational designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze service requirements, including ITSM, operations, and business processes.
• Design agentic workflows and orchestration logic.
• Define interaction models between agents, systems, and humans.
• Produce agent flow specifications and design artifacts.
• Ensure designs align with governance, safety, and platform constraints.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure implementability.
• Optimize flows for efficiency, reliability, and maintainability.

Required Skills

• Strong background in service design or process engineering.
• Experience with workflow modeling, including BPMN, orchestration, and automation tools.
• Ability to define logical flows and decision trees.
• Understanding of AI-assisted workflows and agent behavior modeling.
• Experience with ITSM processes, including incident, change, and problem management.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with workflow tools such as n8n and ServiceNow.
• Exposure to agent-based architectures.
• Understanding of human involvement patterns and escalation design, including human out of the loop, human after the loop, human on the loop, and human in the loop.

Experience Profile

• 6–10 years in service design, automation architecture, or process engineering.
• Experience designing operational workflows in enterprise environments.
