About the Role
The Agent Maestro is responsible for transforming operational processes across the Closed Book Pensions business through the adoption of Atos Agentic methodologies and intelligent automation. This role owns the complete lifecycle of process transformation through the framework: Discover, Refine, Simplify, Optimise, and Agentify.
The role establishes the standards, governance, operating model, and execution framework required to transition manual and semi-automated pension administration processes into controlled, compliant, agent-driven services. It bridges business operations, technology, risk, compliance, and customer governance functions, embedding governance, risk management, auditability, customer protection, operational resilience, and human oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the Closed Book Pension Agentification Framework.
- Lead transformation initiatives from current-state assessment through production deployment.
- Analyse and optimise end-to-end pension administration processes.
- Design target-state operating models for autonomous and semi-autonomous agent execution.
- Define human-agent interaction models, escalation frameworks, governance, decision rights, and control boundaries.
- Ensure compliance with FCA Consumer Duty, Operational Resilience requirements, Data Protection regulations, Treating Customers Fairly principles, Vulnerable Customer obligations, and outsourcing and third-party governance requirements.
- Lead risk assessments, control frameworks, monitoring, assurance, pilots, and controlled rollouts.
- Engage executive committees, customer committees, transformation boards, operations, technology, risk, compliance, legal, data, and service delivery teams.
- Define KPI and KRI frameworks and monitor productivity, customer outcomes, error reduction, service quality, and regulatory compliance.

Essential Experience
- Significant experience within pensions administration, life and pensions, or regulated financial services.
- Extensive business transformation leadership experience.
- Proven track record of operating model design.
- Expertise in process optimisation methodologies.
- Experience implementing automation, AI, or digital transformation solutions.
- Strong understanding of operational risk and governance frameworks.
- Experience working within FCA-regulated environments.
- Executive stakeholder management experience.
