We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) for our Watergardens Factory Outlet in Taylors Lakes, VIC on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in:

• Achieving store targets and an optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and an active selling environment.
• Role modelling service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
• Representing adidas brand and company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
• Executing and maintaining established visual merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
• Training and coaching team members to fine-tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
• Coordinating team members to ensure efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
• Sharing best practices to drive overall store team performance.

Experience highly regarded

• Retail team leadership in men’s or women’s apparel or sports footwear
• Visual merchandising
• Stockroom procedures
