Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with:
- Achieving store targets and an optimal consumer experience through staff productivity and an active selling environment.
- Role-modelling adidas service and selling standards while leading and inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
- Representing the adidas brand, company values, and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
- Executing and maintaining established visual merchandising standards and adequate shop-floor replenishment.
- Training and coaching team members to develop service skills and foundational, seasonal, brand, and product knowledge.
- Coordinating team members to ensure efficient inventory processing and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
- Sharing best practices to drive overall store team performance.
Experience regarded
- Retail team leadership in men’s or women’s apparel or sports footwear
- Visual merchandising
- Stockroom procedures
