We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional/Sales Floor Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis and open a brand new Factory Outlet in Galleria, Perth.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with:

• Achieving store targets and an optimal consumer experience through staff productivity and an active selling environment.
• Role modelling service and selling standards while leading and inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
• Representing the adidas brand, company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
• Executing and maintaining established visual merchandising standards and adequate shop-floor replenishment.
• Training and coaching team members on service skills and foundational, seasonal brand and product knowledge.
• Coordinating team members to ensure efficient inventory processing and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
• Sharing best practices to drive overall store team performance.

Preferred experience

• Retail team leadership in men's or women's apparel or sports footwear
• Visual merchandising
• Stockroom procedures
