We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) for our Harbour Town Factory Outlet in Gold Coast, QLD, on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with achieving store targets and delivering an optimal consumer experience through staff productivity and an active selling environment.
- Role model service and selling standards while leading and inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
- Represent adidas brand values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
- Execute and maintain established visual merchandising standards and shop floor replenishment.
- Train and coach team members on service skills and brand and product knowledge.
- Coordinate team members to ensure efficient inventory processing and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
- Share best practices to drive overall store team performance.
Highly regarded experience
- Retail team leadership in men’s or women’s apparel or sports footwear.
- Visual merchandising.
- Stockroom procedures.
