Design next-generation ADAS/AD system functions for the China market with R&D teams at headquarters and suppliers.
Own ADAS/AD base-layer function requirements and specifications, including cameras, radar, lidar, USS, IMU and the AD domain controller, as well as corresponding ASPICE processes and documentation.
Lead system and software development for base-layer functions in cooperation with internal and external development teams.
Define feature rollout plans and delivery milestones and coordinate with project management and carline teams.
Lead the development process, approve function releases, and resolve, track and analyze top issues.

Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering, computer science, vehicle engineering or a related field.
Good understanding of embedded software development and architecture.
Experience with C, C++ and scripting languages such as Python.
Experience developing platform modules for health monitoring, state management, error management and global time synchronization.
Familiarity with automotive standards and tools including ISO 11898, ISO 15765, ISO 13400, ISO 14229, CANoe, DiVa, vFlash, CANalyzer and VN1640.
Experience with AUTOSAR CP/AP projects, automotive sensors, architecture design and FlexRay, Ethernet, CAN and LIN bus systems.
Experience developing or validating embedded systems in automotive, consumer electronics or similar industries.
Comprehensive knowledge of automated driving and driver assistance systems; AD/ADAS technology knowledge is a plus.
Familiarity with ADAS function state machines, HMI, software release management and automotive software test and verification methodologies.
