Requirements
- At least 1 month of experience in a sports or fashion retail environment.
- Knowledge of store KPIs and tools used to interpret them and drive sales.
- Effective customer service and sales skills.
- Teamwork, resilience, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
- Good communication skills in English.
Your activities
- Act as a brand ambassador by connecting with, engaging, and inspiring customers in alignment with adidas values.
- Work collaboratively and support merchandise management, including deliveries and replenishment, to achieve store goals.
- Take ownership of your learning by completing applicable training and applying it effectively on the shop floor.
