- At least one month of experience working in a sports or fashion retail environment.
- Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret them to drive sales.
- Effective customer service and sales skills.
- Being a team player, resilience, eagerness to learn, and curiosity.
- Good communication skills in English.
Your activities
- Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring customers in alignment with adidas values.
- Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management, including deliveries and replenishment, to achieve store goals.
- Take ownership and be proactive in your learning by completing applicable training and applying it effectively on the shop floor.
