Responsibilities
- Provide customers with an incredible experience by answering questions about sizes, styles, purchases and returns.
- Prepare the sales floor, replenish shelves, organise fitting rooms, display the latest trends and keep the stockroom tidy and well organised.
- Provide a fast, friendly and efficient checkout experience, handling customer queries, cancellations and returns.
- Receive, process and check new deliveries, move products to the sales floor and ensure they are correctly priced while maintaining high standards.
About you
- Passion for working with people and creating incredible experiences.
- Honesty, good communication and the ability to listen, share ideas and get involved when needed.
- Good organisation and attention to detail.
- Teamwork, strong motivation, a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in fashion and the latest trends.
- Ideally, professional experience in a dynamic retail environment.
- Languages known, including sign language, are valued.
