Your Role
We are seeking women graduates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT who are interested in developing a career in Cloud Data Engineering. This role is open exclusively to women and is intended for candidates at an early stage of their careers, with strong learning potential and interest in developing technical skills in data and cloud environments.
This position is part of a structured development program focused on building foundational capabilities in data and cloud technologies. The role provides the opportunity to gain practical experience while supporting data-related activities under the guidance of experienced team members.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree required in Software Engineering, Computer Systems, AI Engineering, or a similar degree related to software development and technology
- Women fresh graduates with 6 months to 1 year of experience; internships or academic projects are acceptable
- Advanced English level, capable of fluent conversations
- Exposure to cloud or data tools such as Azure or GCP is desirable
- Basic knowledge of Python
- Foundational knowledge of SQL and basic understanding of data and database concepts
- General understanding of data processing or ETL concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork

Need to Know
This role requires on-site work five days per week in the Aguascalientes office.
